Good evening peeps,

Almost back to normal. I stopped coping last week, but the four day break and the support and inspiration of other church survivors has helped me a lot.

I got home last night, and as usual, spent most of today recovering, thankfully it hasn't even been the worst recovery and I haven't been sick.
As a lot of you know, I can't travel without being unwell, not travel sickness but the impact on my injuries and joints.

So for me, recovery involves sitting or lying quietly in low light, drinking as much fluid as my body allows and running through at least five medications over and over, as well as wearing a neck collar. Today it was hard to wear a neck collar, or anything for that matter because of the heat.

It has been very hot today, so staying home in the flat with the windows open but blinds closed has been alright. I did literally do very little. Apart from washing the sweaty clothes I brought back with me.

I watched Hollyoaks this morning, had crackers for lunch, literally all I had, and then went to sleep again for a while.
I had a cool shower and hung the washing out, and I conversed with other survivors.

My workmate sent me a cheerful and encouraging email, he knows I have been struggling, we don't go into depth about our problems, we have a nice balance, and we do support each other.

I was going to publish 'Hampshire Hymn' and you know I have been saying that for months, but it is actually edited and ready for the first publication, but I didn't exert any effort today.

Well actually this evening I tidied the flat and got my work things ready. So it looks from here as if I have been home as usual and done the weekend cleaning and work preparation routines as normal.

I am nearly fully recovered now, but not looking forward to tomorrow on the estate and in the heat, it is never fun, I hope that the remaining pain fades by then. I have put bags of full bottles of water and squash in the car, but I need to get rehydration salts at the chemist tomorrow, I got through a litre yesterday. The boys seem to cope with the heat so much better than me and are amazed how much fluid I drink as I work. Maybe boys are like camels.

So here I am, my weekend routines done, everything almost normal. Clean work clothes on the banister, backpack and boots by the door and I am in my shorts and sleepy cotton shirt, getting sleepy now, but another cool shower before bed would be good. People talk about weather being 'close' and 'sticky' and this must be what they mean, even if it sounds funny, I wish we could have thunderstorms but the last lot missed us too.

Well done to everyone hightlighting the church of England's mockery of safeguarding and the continued very serious corruption and collusion and lack of safeguarding.

Southampton - A letter to a Bishop

July 8th 2017 Southampton, the city of my childhood.

I have gone on trying to work and survive and live a normal life since the church destroyed me, but it got increasingly hard.

There has been no justice in my case, no closure, I have been left publicly and utterly destroyed, and most human beings would have committed suicide by now.
I am trying to work out what to do, I can't go on struggling to make ends meet, exhausted and traumatized and seeing no point in any of it. I am branded, I can't get NHS help and if I am victim or witness in a crime, I will be treated badly by the police.

This is no life. And it takes years to get a Dignitas signature, even if you are successful.
I don't know what to do really. I will have to go on enduring the vainglorious lies of the powerful corrupt clique in the church of england for the rest of my life if I have to go on living, they spitefully pick my wounds every few months with their lies about Christianity and safeguarding.

Someone asked about my recent letter to the deceitful Bishop of Dover, I didn't realise I hadn't posted it.

Concerns regarding the Bishop of Dover, addressed to the Bishop of Dover, The Archbishop of Canterbury, The National Safeguarding Team, SCIE, the Police,  and others.

 Dear Bishop Trevor Willmott,

This letter concerning your conduct is sent with full understanding that the Church of England are currently not safeguarding but are using the image of safeguarding to protect themselves as abuse and corruption continues.

This letter also enclosescontains the complaint sent to you regarding the Jersey Deanery after I was publicly destroyed by the Archbishop of Canterbury and Bishop of Winchester after a three year campaign of public discrediting and smearing of me in the press and media by both of them, and you, and the Jersey Deanery, and repeated false claims that safeguarding in Jersey is good, despite the peadophile protectors, abusers, and people who had smeared me remaining, and despite your and the Archbishop's upholding of illegal behaviour, including data protection breaches and illegal access to police records that were already inaccurate and influenced by the powerful inter-conflicted dignitaries of church, judiciary and States of Jersey.

Nothing has changed since the Peter Ball case, apart from the outrageous duplicity of yourself and the Archbishop and Church of England in false claims that safeguarding is good and that things are better. The million pound Jersey and Winchester whitewash while there has been no investigation into the harm to me by the church and police, it proof of that. The fact that no action has been taken against Gavin Ashenden, Peter Ould, Ian LemArquand, Philip Bailhache, Bob and Daphne Key or any other abuser or wrongdoing in my case, while I have been publicly destroyed by the Church and their abuse of power over the press is proof of that.

As the Archbishop publicly masturbates his ego over the Peter Ball case, the question remains, what proof is there of current safeguarding in the current abuse of press and media by the Church? None, indeed the abuse of the press and media to destroy me, by you, and the Archbishop, the Diocese of Winchester and Jersey Deanery is proof that there is no safeguarding and that you don't understand what safeguarding is. This whole matter is best summed up by Jerseyman Mark Foreskitt in his recent blog as a result of the recent duplicity over the Peter Ball case, this is unmissable reading:

I have, as I discussed in a previous letter, applied to attend Dignitas, to be humanely put to sleep, as the suffering that you and the circle of corrupt and collusive Bishops, Archbishop and interconflicted Dignitaries and police, is too much for a human being to live with. I am concerned that you failed to respond to my request for help with the costs, considering that the damage that you and your associates committed against me amounts to attempted murder. A strong and whole person wouldn't withstand three years of being publicly and permanently ruined as I have been, and I live now only to finish telling my story before I die. I would be grateful to your contribution to the costs of finishing off the ending of my life that you have played such a part in.

Back to my safeguarding concerns against you, which as yet the National Safeguarding Team are afraid to address, they are unable to stand up to you or the Archbishop or the Bishop of Winchester as it is more than their job is worth, and they have said as much, they know very well that grave wrongdoing has been committed among you and that all reports into my case were conflicted whitewashes and that they are not allowed to deal with your or your safeguarding director Elaine Rose's criminal actions and collusion with the conflicted Jersey Safeguarding partnership and associated conflicted police, judiciary and states members, but this letter will never be deleted and eventually the Church of England will be forcibly overseen from the outside because there has been no improvement in this corruption and lack of safeguarding since the Peter Ball case, and then, eventually, although I will have died with my suffering and anguish, you can make headline news along with the current Archbishop and Bishop of Winchester in the same way that Peter Ball and George Carey have made headlines this week.

Safeguarding won't be good or seen to be good until the full weight of corruption and collusion and abuse of the press and illegal actions and misleading of the general public by you and the archbishop and Bishops is exposed and you are removed.

Now, belatedly as this is how I write, I will get to the very root of your safeguarding failures.

Juliet Montague, who was actively involved in helping the Jersey Deanery, the Scott-Joynts and Jane Fisher to destroy me, was your friend, you companion, and as she walked the dog with me as I was also her companion and confidante, she told me that it was you that she turned to every time there was a problem, she told me that this was because you were in love with her, while the 'snobs at Wolvsley' couldn't care less about her problems, including her marriage problems, which she always ran to you about. Do you remember? Fred's impotence since she denied him sex? Sally accusing Fred of abuse? And then finally, Fred sexually abusing me?

Now, which of the million pound whitewash reports reports in detail your involvement in this? Which one tells of your 'close' friendship with Juliet, and which report documents how you did nothing about me being sexually abused by Fred Montague, but used Juliet's side of things with your Jersey Deanery, to destroy me?

Now, I know the National Safeguarding Team are not allowed to challenge you, they are only allowed to be complicit and uphold you and the collusive and corrupt Bishops and Archbishop in their illegal behaviour, even if it means driving a vulnerable adult to suicide, as you nearly have, but this matter is not to be laid to rest, nor is the serious danger that the Jersey Deanery currently pose to the vulnerable as well as the danger that you and your colleagues pose to the vulnerable. And indeed nothing was done about the Montagues, Fred and his chums upholding him laughed at me in the street after Fisher and the Scott-Joynts had me imprisoned, left homeless, destroyed and destitute, while my abusers laughed.

If you are not going to step down, you must be investigated, as must your colleagues. As well as being dishonest in the press and media, your bias in my case and upholding of every abuser and wrongdoer means that you pose a risk to the vulnerable.

And apparently you think some social lunches for the narrow minded wrongdoers and old wealthy at the town church club with 'safeguarding training' while your deanery remain unpunished, unrepentant and not even called to account for their wrongs means that safeguarding in Jersey is good. You haven't a clue about abuse and safeguarding, neither have your middle class and badly behaved congregation, and you are still employing two peadophile protectors and a load of clergy and laity who have harmed a vulnerable adult and behaved in Godless and psychopathic ways to protect themselves from punishment or justice or even fair investigation. Even your 'close friendship' with vulnerable adult Juliet Montague, while both you and she were married, is questionable.

Make sure this whole matter is referred to an independent safeguarding body, make sure that what happened to me is investigated and recorded, and step down, you aren't acting for God, you aren't moral or honest, and thus you are being hypocritical, a money-grabbing burden on society, who is guilty of terrible things but made me take the punishment, and you and your congregation under your leadership pose a danger to the vulnerable.

I have to add, that gift that the Jersey Deanery gave you for protecting them from justice, the jewel encrusted gold staff, presented in the view of press and media by the wealthy and narrow-minded old congregation, it says it all about what the Church are and aren't and I would like you to sit down and think about that as you write your resignation or retirement speech. And make sure you report Bob and Daphne Key for their criminal actions at the same time.

For me it is too late for justice or peace, you helped to destroy me, but I speak, and write, for the sake of other vulnerable people and victims, I am a lone voice against your and Welby and Butler's fake safeguarding campaign, and my last wish is to see it shattered and see you all rightfully made to step down for your harm to me and denial of justice.

How to get a response from Lambeth Palace

It takes four years and the church getting negative publicity for poor safeguarding, and desperately using the press to try to pretend that they have changed, while their victim/s assure them that they haven't, and they don't like the idea of the press and media picking up on it, so they bullshit all over the victim/s.

Archbishop Abuse Case

Dear Editors, Press regulation authorities, Home Office, Safeguarding Boards and other recipients,

The Archbishop of Canterbury's corporation, the Church of England, is under investigation for systemic crimes against Children.

Some of those children died as children as a result or committed suicide as adults as a result of their abuse. All survivors are affected for life by what they endured.

I am a vulnerable adult Church abuse survivor who the Archbishop has publicly destroyed and discredited while falsely claiming, with the help of the press and media, that that the Church of England are very hot on safeguarding. The press and media buy this without question and broadcast it and mislead the general public, anguishing the voiceless survivors who know that the truth is very different.

I can assure you in truth that my experience is that the Church of England continue to fail to understand even the basics of safeguarding. No abuse survivor should ever have to fight for their life against the Church as I and others have.

I am disabled and with no support, so I have to earn a living despite being incapacitated by the Church.  My working day starts at 6am, 7 days a week, delivering newspapers. Unfortunately some people in my area still read the Daily Mail, so presumably some believe what is written in it.

Every time the Daily Mail or another paper offers a front page advertisement to the Church of England in the form of Archbishop Justin Welby, I am left ill and incapacitated and I can't do my work. If I have to stop work, I go hungry, it is as simple as that, and this has been made known to the Archbishop, safeguarding board and Lambeth Palace repeatedly.

The Press and media have been asked, and a complaint has gone to the IPSO that abuse victims should not have to endure the Church of England showing off while crimes of sexual assault by members of the Church are being investigated.

Nor should the Church have the inordinate power that leads to them being able to make press releases that are published without question, even at the expense of the Church's victims, as has happened in my case. No one challenges the Church publicly, they are reminiscent of a Dictatorship, their actions and press releases are not regulated, policed or monitored. 

They are a wealthy organization, inappropriately combining being a charity and a government department whilst being a domain of the wealthy middle class, the Church belongs in a bygone age where abuse of power in this way was almost acceptable, the Church is not a place for the vulnerable and it's exclusiveness isn't appropriate and isn't justified by it's low numbers of select members of society.

 How can middle class people understand abuse or conflicted middle class judges investigate abuse in an organization that they subscribe to, when they don't understand vulnerability or what abuse does to a person? Where can hurt, vulnerable and voiceless victims turn when the Church is in government and contains a large amount of the judges, lawyers and other officials who would oversee abuse complaints, most people have no chance of justice and most vulnerable people  would not know of the conflicts of interests, they would only know that they aren't granted justice.

The Archbishop has gone from very recently using the press and media to publicly discredit me and what I have suffered, to using the press and media to intervene in the Europe Debate, despite the Church of England's own rules forbidding clergy from influencing votes and elections. The Press and Media have published this without question and have done so while the church are under investigation for systemic sexual assaults on children.  Any other organization under such investigation would be ashamed and avoiding limelight, but Justin Welby is a desparate narcissist, greedy for attention, gobbling the limelight without closing his mouth or chewing.

But most seriously, in my case, a serious formal complaint of abuse has been made against him, to his own safeguarding board, who as yet, have failed to fulfil their duty of care in any way and are sitting on their hands with their mouths wide open as Welby continues to dance and shout ever more desparately. 

Justin Welby has a serious formal complaint of abuse of a vulnerable adult against him, which has been made to his own safeguarding team, who are obliged to investigate but appear unwilling of afraid to do so, the complaint has also gone to the Home Office.

This is because the police, social services and all other agencies are willing to act to protect the Church but not to protect one of their victims or challenge the Church. And the safeguarding team seem unable to do anything except suddenly actually start answering their hotline because the National Inquiry are Investigating the Church of England. Can you believe, the CofE safeguarding board have actually employed someone to answer their phone instead of it going to voicemail! Incredible, what if they start safeguarding as well?!

The Church have had inordinate power over the press and media and inappropriate influence in public affairs for too long, and no organisation that systemically abuses children sexually and in other ways has any right to such limelight.

One of the most amusing things about this case is that it has been presented to the Queen and 10 Downing Street because no authority or agency dares to stand up to the Church of England, and within weeks, there is the press and media, running pictures of the Archbishop with the Queen and Prime Minister, there is the Archbishop doing a sickly sweet 'tribute' to the Queen instead of receiving a reprimand from her. Do the Queen and Prime Minister uphold this narcissist and the damage he does and the abuse his Church are guilty of? Do they understand the distress caused to abuse survivors by the Archbishop's behaviour?

The Church's communications team and press team have received this complaint persistently in writing and by email and phone, and yet it continues. Obviously they have no regard whatsoever for the harm they do.

I would ask again for the press and media and the overseers of the press and media to make sure the Church's abuse of the press and media comes to an end. The use of front page headlines to discuss the Archbishop's personal life instead of news  earlier this year disgusted a lot of people, and today's headline of the Archbishop trying to use the press to tell the plebs or his church how to vote was not only against the Church of England's own legislation, it was deeply inappropriate. The Church are not yet in full power as a dictatorship over this country but they are trying very hard to be, with the help of the press and media. However, we are still a democracy for the moment, and we do still think for ourselves, and many many people on social media today will be angry and disgusted with the Archbishop abusing his power yet again.

On a lighter note, the Archbishop may well swing the vote by his headlines, he is despised and held in contempt enough to make his yes vote cause a surge of no votes that will leave Britain separated from the European Union. Excellent. 

If the Archbishop needs to go into politics, he needs to be elected to a genuine political party, the Church of England Party is not officially registered although they act as if they think they are.

The Church of England's inordinate power is a risk to the vulnerable in society, and we are going into the fourth year of their safeguarding board behaving inappropriately with regards my case, but they have over three years of evidence, even in the press and media indelibly, of the Archbishop and Bishop harming a vulnerable adult, and they have no choice but to investigate or be invalid as a safeguarding board. And even if they whitewash it, as is the tradition of the Church of England, they must act and while doing so, they need to ask the abusers to stop abusing the press.

There has been no investigation into my case, only whitewashes and public smearing of me.

The complaint will remain and will be escalated and escalated. In the meantime, however many years it takes, the safeguarding board are obliged to stop the Archbishop from furthering the harm he has done, ie his persistent abuse of the press and media and misleading of the general public. They are also obliged to ask the Archbishop to apologize publicly to me for years of whitewash conflicted reports and smearing and discrediting press releases with no consideration for my wellbeing or safety, and the injuries inflicted on me as a result. 

I know the Archbishop likes to 'apologize' publicly and emptily to vulnerable groups to make the Church look good, and that is always pre-meditated, in the press and media spotlight, and with no genuine concern or care for the groups that he is using for his apologies. For example he blared an apology in the press to the LGBT community, while the Bishop of Winchester was publicly dismissing a homosexual couple for being homosexual, and Queen's chaplain Gavin Ashenden was also publicly attacking homosexuals and conveniently forgetting that as a divorcee clergyman, he has no credibility in the context of the Bible. 

But in my case, The Archbishop and his Church appear to think that their public harm to me is acceptable, after their original 'show' apology to me, they have destroyed me solidly and relentlessly. They won't apologize if it means they are held responsible. 

I have asked and will continue to ask for an independent investigation into what has happened to me in the Church of England, from the abuse and prejudice to the cover-ups and lies and whitewash reports to the abuse of me through the press by the Church and the hate attacks against me as a result of the church abusing my case. Could Graham Tilby and Jane Dodds of the National safeguarding board of the Church of England please start responding appropriately and stop making excuses for the Church?

Just to forestall the Safeguarding board's misleading response to this. They will claim that they 'invited me to meet with them'.

The Church do box ticking meetings if someone persists in complaining. I have refused a meeting because the offer came while the same safeguarding board was looking on as I was harmed in the press as well as being contacted by a Bishop who has behaved so shamefully and harmfully that I took him to court. 

The safeguarding board not only kept allowing this Bishop to distress me by contacting me despite my court action  against him, they claimed that 'The Church didn't mean to hurt me' and the contact 'wasn't meant to hurt me'. Can you see how ridiculous that is? I took the Bishop to court for fun did I? A litigant in person, no access to legal aid or representation, a destroyed vulnerable adult, terrified and sick with distress, up against a church lawyer who lied, a vulnerable adult forced to fight for her life alone, and the safeguarding board don't understand why contact from that Bishop is wrong, distressing and a serious safeguarding issue! Especially as that Bishop has continued to harm me and mislead the press despite the court order!  A meeting is not an option while the safeguarding board fail to protect me or even genuinely acknowledge or action my complaints. They have the evidence, it is extremely prolific and available widely.

This letter is sent cc the National Safeguarding Board of the Church of England, who by now, will have had to inform the Archbishop that a serious formal complaint with evidence has been made against him and the church, they are thus obliged also to ensure that while he is under investigation and while the Church are under investigation for hundreds, even thousands of sexual assaults, the Archbishop ceases to harm their victims by abusing the press, especially abusing the press to harm one of their victims.

Also, Jane Dodds and Graham Tilby, please make sure the Archbishop's breach of Church laws in interfering publicly in the Europe vote is referred to the correct department and that he is disciplined. In the end, someone is going to view the records of your action or inaction.

Interestingly the scorn of the Archbishop on social media brought up another of his press spin matters, his pretence that he was going to house migrants at Lambeth Palace - what - as  slaves?  The Church of England have a secret apartheid policy against the vulnerable, the vulnerable are not welcome on church property, this hurts and isolates the vulnerable and I have suffered it and been injured by it, secretly excluded. isn't it time the Church of England were policed instead of being the dictatorship in our democracy? The Safeguarding Board have failed for many years to answer me about this apartheid, which undoubtedly increases abuse but is there for the Church's insurance purposes. Do you know they even dismiss clergy who become vulnerable through illness or injury? Several have contacted me about this.

The Church of England was founded on adultery and has never improved on that, and it has no place in society any more, especially not as a lawless dictatorship that no-one challenges. The Daily Mail, Telegraph and BBC especially should be ashamed to keep publishing Justin Welby's advertisements without any censorship or thought for his victims.

Serious formal complaint against the Archbishop of Canterbury

Serious formal complaint against Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby and the Bishop of Winchester. Complaint addressed to Graham Tilby and Jane Dodds of the Church of England's National Safeguarding Unit with copies sent to 10 Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, the National Child abuse Inquiry and the Press and media who continue to advertise and glorify the Archbishop at the expense of abuse victims:

Dear Graham Tilby and Jane Dodds and other recipients,

I understand that the Church of England have for some reason felt the need to pretend to care about my welfare recently, suddenly and too late.

Unfortunately the Church of England's relentless and severe damage to me means I see this as a farce; and while defamatory, misleading and untrue reports and articles about me by and on behalf of the Jersey Deanery are still available online and in circulation, and while no-one in my case has been dismissed or even reprimanded for their behaviour, the Church's sudden and belated pretence of care is distressing and not remotely credible. The Church have had years to put this right and have continued to oppress or ignore me instead.

As you will be aware, I made a clergy discipline complaint against the Archbishop as well as Bishops Butler and Dakin 2014. And as you must be aware, the Clergy discipline complaint was not dealt with due to there only being a corrupt and ineffectual system. Indeed I was threatened by Mark Hedley, who claimed he could not understand the huge volume of evidence of the Bishop of Winchester's serious misconduct. 

As I said in reply, if he really could not see what was before him and really thought he could make veiled threats to protect the Bishop, he should resign. Incredibly the case was then offered to the conflicted Archbishop who had overseen the Bishop of Winchester's harm to me and condoned it.

The Archbishop of Canterbury's persistent showing off in the press has become unbearable, he has told the whole nation that he is a narcissist and he has lied enough about the Church and Safeguarding, when will he be asked to be quiet? His narcissism is unfair on the victims that he and his church has made suffer. And in my case, the Archbishop of Canterbury is directly responsible for my continued suffering, and has openly upheld the wrongdoers in my case, especially Bishop Dakin and Bob Key, as you will have seen in Bob Hill's recording of the BBC Jersey interview in the link a few paragraphs down.

The Archbishop isn't credible in making statements regarding 'Bishops being committed to safeguarding' while he has overseen and worked with the Bishop of Winchester in publicly destroying,  discrediting and defaming me, leading to severe and irreparable harm, not just to me, but to Bob Hill, the man who singlehandedly tried to prevent me from being killed by the Bishop, Archbishop, church and press and media's actions.

This evidence in the link above shows that while Welby is actively protecting the Church by misleading the general public through the press, giving the image that the Church cares about safeguarding, which it does not. He himself, Justin Welby, has actively harmed a vulnerable adult. The Church, with the evidence now presented, are obliged to take action, and if their 'safeguarding' measures have improved, as repeatedly boasted by the Archbishop in the press, then he himself must now face disciplinary action under those measures.

Most recipients will have seen my 'Letters to the Press' articles now, the first of Which is actually to the Prime Minister, but unfortunately the Guardian Newspaper is persisting in Publishing the Archbishop's 'safeguarding' propaganda while I remain suffering, and I object.

Part of the purpose of this letter is to ask once again for the resignation of the Bishop of Winchester, who's prolonged harm to me has been public and full of blatant misconducts and even illegal actions. And also, as the Archbishop is aware of my severe distress at his narcissistic showing off while he has played a significant part in destroying me, I am also asking him to resign now as well. 

And I would ask Her Majesty the Queen and also The Right Honourable Prime Minister David Cameron, to ensure that these men do leave their posts as they have shown psychopathic disregard for my welfare and safety whilst using the Press and Media to glorify themselves.

I would also ask for the annulment of the whitewash reports and a genuine apology from the Church to be made public.

I am exhausted from years of fighting for my safety and suffering trauma and fear with rogue journalists and cranks harming me as a result of the Bishop of Winchester's insane actions in launching a one-sided whitewash into the press about my case, condoned and upheld by Bishop Butler and the Archbishop.

The smears and attacks on me on top of homelessness, destitution and illness caused by the Church, have repeatedly nearly led to my suicide. 

And if I had committed suicide, the Church would have continued to abuse me and my case, as they did with one of Peter Ball's victims who committed suicide. Paul Butler tried to glorify the Church by 'praising' this dead man, which was disgusting. 

Although in my case, if I had given up the fight instead of taking the Bishop to court, the Church of England would have published more whitewash reports without taking any responsibility. 

And this has happened under Archbishop Welby's direction. So nothing has changed since Paul Butler and others protected Peter Ball when he was in office. This is why I am asking the press, the Prime Minister and the Queen again to ask Justin Welby and the Church of England to stop abusing the press.

Justin Welby cannot credibly continue to talk about Safeguarding and abuse while he has been involved in the abuse of a vulnerable adult through mis-use of the press and whitewash conflicted internal Church of England reports.

Repeatedly and for show, the Church have shown this inward-looking effort of 'meeting legislation needs' through trying to force their version of 'help' on me illegally, while publicly destroying me. They really do not have a clue about safeguarding, and it was safeguarding director Jane Fisher who damaged me more than my abusers by trying to silence me to prevent press scandal.

This letter is another plea for the resignation of the Bishop of Winchester, and the Archbishop as well as he continues to be deceitful in the press and mislead and hurt people, and it is a reminder of my letters to the press about this, and it is also a reminder to the Church of England that because they are incapable of safeguarding they need to arrange outside intervention, and also they need to arrange an independent investigation into my case, an investigation that includes me this time!

Also, because the stress of fighting the Church singlehandedly to stop them killing me caused Bob Hill a severe brain haemmorage, and he was the sole carer for his disabled wife, I believe that the Diocese of Winchester owe Bob and Anne payment for their care for the rest of Bob's life.  The Bishop of Winchester seems totally oblivious of the human cost of his and Welby's actions against me and the lasting damage not just to me but to the Hill family, while the Bishop's actions have achieved nothing whatsoever for safeguarding, the opposite in fact. I remain living in fear and in hiding.

Would someone ensure that I am fully and permenantly safeguarded against harm from Bishop Dakin and Archbishop Welby and that their whitewash reports into my case are legally annulled, redacted and removed. This includes the Gladwin report, the Steel report and the Glenys Johnstone Jersey safeguarding partnership report which was also engineered by the Diocese and other agencies to cover up. This is a vulnerable adult's life at risk as I won't withstand any more defamation or lies about me in public.

New Open Letter to the Bishop of Winchester, Bishop Tim Dakin

Formal letter of Warning to Bishop Tim Dakin.

Dear Bishop Dakin,

This letter does not annul previous letters, it re-iterates and reinforces them.

Incredibly I nearly wrote to you a few weeks ago to ask you not to attack me during my exams, but because I was becoming accustomed to stony silence from you (which was no bad thing) I decided to chance it and not waste another letter.

  The fact that it had been six months since the last attack rather than the usual four both worried and reassured me. 

But I am aware that while I live and the Diocese stands, the attacks will not stop, which is why I am writing to remind you of my formal warnings to you and the court action which I will repeat more powerfully if you do not desist from harming me. In the end, my life is at stake and your career is at stake, which of us is going to fight more desperately?

Let me be clear in what I am asking. What you have done to me is evil and cannot be either absolved or repaired through an apology, which, knowing you, has not been made for the right reasons but will undoubtedly be motivated by other people, deceit, PR or some reason that does not relate to your sorrow for your abominable behaviour. Had your repentance or genuine remorse been a factor, then actions would have accompanied your apology, including a press release and a statement of redaction of your whitewash reports.

If you continue to cause disruptions which cause breakdowns of my health, work, accommodation, studies and relationships then I will continue action against you until you stop or are removed.  Your actions are destroying me.

And if you were in any organization other than the Church of England you would have already been dismissed, the Church are incredibly lawless and psychopathic in what they allow, condone and refuse to deal with among their clergy.

To me, after what you have done, a message from you, claiming to be an 'apology' is just an attack. It is woefully, pitifully inadequate to 'apologise' by email, and it is not accompanied by any atonement or resolution, and thus you are not apologizing because you are not taking responsibility.

I hold you responsible for my poor health and my situation of living in fear of your whitewash Gladwin and Steel reports and that contemptible whitewash by the conflicted Stewart Gull, Glenys Johnstone, Ian Gorst and Jane Fisher. I charge you with the responsibility of annulling these reports publicly, and if you can't, then what exactly are you 'apologizing' for?

Your apology is not accepted until or unless the wrongdoers in my case face justice, and as I have said, please make sure a list of my complaints is taken, it is exhaustive both in names and in crimes and misconducts, let me start you on a list of examples including Diocesan and Bishops staff, clergy, laity, Churchwardens and others:

Including the Lieutenant-Governor, your lawyer, judiciary, States members - memorably Juliette Gallichan and friends, and all doctors and support services and professionals who harmed me for Jane Fisher or because of her interventions, not least Autism Jersey, Victim Support, Mental Health Advocacy and the Grace Trust.
• ·        All members of the press and media, especially Matthew Price, who the church protected when he destroyed his clergy wife and then he repaid the favour by destroying me for the Church in 2009.

 As I have mentioned this list is exhaustive and includes EVERY corrupt or brutal police officer, judge, lawyer, member of clergy, laity and Bishop's staff and member of the public who has harmed me, slandered me or caused me distress or isolation or shame or pain.

Unfortunately you are entirely liable, as Bishop of Winchester and as the Bishop who destroyed me publicly. I would like you to refrain from further harm to me and instead start work on your legal and disciplinary action against the people in this list.

You are to ensure that the Jersey Deanery are adequately reprimanded for their dangerous, deceitful and unChristian behaviour as well as the Winchester and Andover Deaneries. And also you are liable to ensure that they are trained in safeguarding and inclusion as it has been clear from the continued and relentless attacks that they have no understanding of safeguarding, abuse or vulnerable or marginalised people. Thus the risk of abuse and cover up remain high.

I look forward to witnessing your work and making sure you have my evidences, and receiving the genuine apologies of those named above along with your genuine apology in due course as well as recompense, clearing of my name and the assurance that I can live in peace, safety and freedom from fear.
