what a strugglesome day, I worked so hard on a draft for the blog and it got deleted. I got more and more sick and stressed and then the doctors surgery messed around with my appointment so that I haven't seen the doctor, so I have taken myself off the medicines, I hope that I will get better now.

I went for lunch at the church but I didn't enjoy it. I am just not able to cope with anything today, I hope things get better.
